Display the Subscribe by E-mail box
When this checkbox is ticked, a small feedburner email subscription form is added at the end of the post (Marked 1 in the screenshot below). You have to enter your Feedburner ID in the General settings page for this to work.
Display social bookmarking icons
When this option is checked, a set of social media icons will be added at the end of the post. You wont need a separate plugin to share your posts on social bookmarking sites when you are using SWIFT 
. Marked 3 in the screenshot below.
Display author biography
Check this option to display author bio at the end of the post.(Marked 4)
Author bio should be entered in the WordPress user profile page
Adding author BIO in WordPress
To get your image next to the bio, you should signup at gravatar and add your photo to the email id you use on your blog.
