default image change

Hi,

I have tried to change the default image by creating a new image and giving it the same name to overwrite the old one. However, It still shows the original default image even though I have removed it completely from the image folder.

I made certain that the new one was the exact same size of the old and that it has the exact same name as the old as well. It's bizarre.

Am I missing something?

Is there a hidden folder somewhere that is causing this?

How do I correct this issue?
