Help: Where Did Thumbnails Go?

I've been using Swift for a week--no problems.

Today, the "Add Thumbnail" feature in "Add New Posts" disappeared.

Even worse, all the thumbs from my posts disappeared as well.

Any ideas???

ANY help would be greatly appreciated. Almost finished the site, and was ready to launch tomorrow... :-(

I fixed the problem; rather, after clearing the cache it solved itself.

If others encounter this problem, try clearing the cache--and ALL browser instances.

Afterward, I had to re-apply my images using the recommended method:
