hi...i have a category and one subcategory. i have a post in each...but the subcategory isn't working...any suggestions?

and what i mean is it's just not showing up.
i have a category called Women's Travel...it's there..but I also have a subcategory called Mind, Body & Spirit. Both these categories have posts in them that are published...but the Mind, Body & Spirit category isn't showing up as a drop down under the Women's Travel category in the bottom navigation/menu.
Did you select the categories in the header options page?
yes ..categories is selected and all the categories (both top level and subs) are selected down below as well.
