Page numbers too low within post

Hey Satish,

Every so often we have authors who need to put content on a second page due to long posts. We use the built-in Swift ad spaces and the one "Enable the ad area below the post text" is actually above the area where the next page links are. We have to tell readers the post continues on the 2nd page below the ad.

In theory this may get more people to click on ads but in terms of functionality and look it isn't so great.
