Fancybox 404 error

Hello, my Latest visitors panel reports an 404 error with the fancy effect
As example, this is the reports:

of course, the url is just:
http://mywebsite.com/aprender-autocad-viendo/

I am using Swift v6.2.2 and WordPress 3.4.1.

re install the fancy box plugin, it may be because the image wasnt uploaded correctly.
