How to change width of Sidebar& content

I want to change default width of content and sidebars. Currently I am using right sidebar for wikitubes.com. I am trying to change sidebar width to 300 pixels from current 338 pixels, so I can use both 728x90 and 300x250 Google ads. Please help me. Thank you.
