Install this plugin, and regenerate thumbnails for featured images

If that doesn't help, it means that wordpress can not crop the image you uploaded. Upload a different image for the post with problem.
The images in the slider are way to big and are being displayed in full length. I installed the plugin you suggested. Any other ideas?
