no navigation

Hi,

I can't seem to get any navigation. When I switch to the Twenty eleven theme, than the navigation with the example page is there. But not in the Swift theme. I have switched between bordered and solid navigation. Checked and unchecked the boxes below that, but no navigation. Any idea on how to fix this? http://bit.ly/Ki7eE6
