Header and Footer codes for Google analytics

I am trying to figure out why Google Analytics has stopped tracking visitors for my site.

I have installed the tracking code in Swift options>Footer Scripts as directed.

When I opened up the source code for my site, I could not find the Google Analytics tracking code there. Is this why Google is no longer tracking information for my site? I can't figure out what is wrong...
