Wide SB Top/Bottom not showing

For some reason my widgets will not show above or below the narrow left/right sidebar widgets. I have RightSidebar layout enabled.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the same problem cant get anything in the sidebars? Tried the 2 sidebars right but thats not working either - all plugins disabled so its not that thats causing the problem.

Any ideas?
