Mashable like Homepage Social Media Icons

I like to set up social media icons of twitter, facebook in my blogs homepage. Just the two social icons for each post. Where i have to paste this code and what css modification needs to be done ?

you should edit layouts/blog-loop.php
or layouts/mag-loop.php if you are suing magazine layout.

Satish, can we use wordpress mu with swift ?? do you know any sites using swift with wpmu ?? i am planning to deploy mu for starting new sub blogs.
