How to Show Images only on Slider & not on every Posts on Home Page

I tested the theme on gadgetsdna.com but I want to show the images only on slider bar (for featured posts) and not on each and every post. How this can be handled. I would really appreciate if you can tell me how do do that..

Find this line in swift/index.php


{include('includes/thumb.php');the_excerpt();?>

and change it to


{the_excerpt();?>
