Two Qs: Magazine Style and No Comments issue

I'd like to remove the "no comments" text left on each of my posts, as I am using the site more for displaying work, than actual back-n-forth comments and discussions. Could you direct me as to where to find this and get rid of it?

Secondly, I spotted this question elsewhere, but forgot what it said: what is the difference with the magazine style versus blog? I was afraid to toggle it and find out myself, in case it messed up things too much.

Remove this line from swift/comments.php (Line 39)

Magazine layout is the one that's shown in the screenshot of the theme,blog is the traditional blog.

Try them yourself, those options wont messup your site.
