[v5.12] Top aligning logo in header

I'm having trouble in the header aligning a logo to the top of header's background image.

Any suggestions on fixing the misaligned header? How do I get it to align with the top of the header's background image? I'm assuming this has something to do with the div tags in the css. Thank you.
