Basically, I want to change the "Featured Post" box into a place for an advertisement. I don't know anything about CSS so assistance is much appreciated. Thanks! In fact, I already have just a bit - check out <a href="http://www.italofile.com" rel="nofollow">http://www.italofile.com</a>. The things I need help with are: 1) I want to make just one featured post on the home page. I have chosen to show just one post using the Swift Theme Options admin page and have commented out the "Prev" and "Next" in the featured.php file. I'd like to also get rid of the "1" in the controller area but when I try to comment it out it gets rid of the whole featured post. Not sure which part to comment out, so help with that would be appreciated. 2) I would also like to make excerpts slightly longer but cannot find the php file or css where it specifies the excerpt length. I know I can't make it much longer, but I feel it is too short right now. 3) Also with excerpts, there is an ellipsis at the end of the excerpt. I would like for the ellipsis to be hyperlinked to direct to the post. Code for that? Thanks all for your help. Let me know what you think of my slightly customized Swift Theme. Thanks! How to fix it? I am using Swift 3.0.5 and WP 2.8.4.
